 August 10th

Today I spoiled myself with a massage. Got my flu and shingles shots - OUCH!

Saturday and Sunday were chill. Mostly things around the house.

Tomorrow I'm taking my car in to get a recall fixed. The week is filled with physical therapy, gym and doctors appointments. My new normal.
